Patience getting the knack

"I have had the spin gym two months, one month of which it was thrown in the corner as I watched the DVD, my partner tried and could not get the spin. Then one day I was cleaning up and had picked it up to go to toot cupboard and thought give it one more try and BINGO. Do not ask me why or how , maybe because I was not trying so hard but it now works and I can feel it so now it is down to me...Good luck but persevere."

"Received it two days after ordering. At first I couldn't get it to work but after 2 or 3 attempts it was so simple. I suffer from Graves Disease and one of the symptoms I have is severely painfull muscles and joints. This is great for the upper body and I must admit it has loosened my shoulders up and taken away some of the severe pain and stiffness. I have it beside me and constantly pick it up and use for 5 minutes or so throughout the day when I am watching the tv. Hopefully through time it will help tone my arms up and hopefully help with the old "bingo wings" We shall wait and see. But not a bad buy."

"I am 67 and always suffered with frozen shoulders I got my spin Gym in January ,it is one of the best purchase ever. I use it every morning in my routine of yoga the pain has gone, and also my flabby arms. Thank you I feel very much much better all it takes me is twenty minutes."

"I bought this item back in January. When it arrived I thought how easy it would be to get started but you really do have to watch the video, because there is a knack to winding it up.
That said, since then I have used it for ten minutes a day in an attempt to do something with my awful fat arms. Admittedly I have been dieting as well, but in just over one month I have lost one and a half inches off of each upper arm and am delighted with it.
It is a doddle to use but like all the pieces of gym equipment which litter my house, you do actually have to use the thing every day for it to make a difference. That is the bit I find tricky!
Haven't had the need to change the strings yet and judging from the other reviews this is going to be the tricky bit. I might just try and get some strings from a haberdashers and see how I go with that.
All in all tho, with regular use, this thing does work."

Great Product spoilt by lack of replacement cords

"This is the second review I have left for this product - not sure where or why my last one isnt shown as I am only honest!
The item is great but following several wasted attempts to get replacement cords through Ideal World I ended up having to deal direct with Forbes Riley in the States - which cost time and expensive shipping!.
Great product Ideal World but please stock replacement cords otherwise it is useless after a certain time."

"This piece of equipment is ideal ; it is portable and definitely improves your general fitness.
I only have one problem:
the booklet states that there is a lifetime guarentee and that spare cords can be obtained at the sales website. This is not the case and no one ever replies to messages left on the contact webform."

"I couldn't wait to try out my SpinGym and immediately unpacked it and started to spin it around expecting to be able to use it straight away without reading the instructions or watching the DVD's it came with. Oh! I thought this is useless, I'll be sending this back. Well how WRONG was I! I eventually played the DVD and within minutes I had mastered the technique and BOY COULD YOU FEEL IT!! I can't stop putting it down, (I can only manage a few minutes at a time at the moment) but continue to keep picking it up and using it throughout the day. You can really feel it working your upper body and core muscles especially as you move from one position to the next and I can't wait to see the results I know I will achieve through regular use. I also love the portability of it, how I can pop it in my handbag and use it at work and will be able to take it on holiday too. Its one of the best pieces of fitness equipment I have purchased and this won't be lying in the corner gathering dust, waiting for the next car Boot sale!! If you are considering purchasing a SpinGym, don't hesitate, order it now and get toning, phew! I' warning you, you will get warm and slightly breathless! Good Luck!"
